Sani Gourmet Festival dates announced

The annual Sani Gourmet Festival will be held on 14-23 May 2010, it was announced today.
Currently in its fifth year, the Greek festival will celebrate fine cuisine and this year is dedicated to female chefs. The Sani Resort has invited several head chefs from the world’s top restaurants including Clare Smyth, Maria Elia and Cat Cora to showcase their talents. Each chef will create a menu of five or six course paired with different wines.
The festival will take place in four restaurants in the family-owned resort: Sea You Up; The Water Restaurant; Tomata and Byblos.
In total, the resort has 16 restaurants, four hotels, three spa venues and a marina with bars, boutiques and art galleries surrounding it. It is situated off the Kassandra peninsula and the closest airport is at Thessaloniki.
